Your wedding breakfast and reception canapés will be prepared by our Chef, Michael Jackson, who is as legendary with food as the moonwalk was for the singer.

His past culinary experience has taken him to senior positions at some of the UK's highest-profile chains – Whitbread, Mitchells & Butlers and Marston’s to name a few.

From starting his career at the age of 16 with the 4-star Thistle Hotels in Brands Hatch, he then spent the next 25 years refining his raw talent. In that time, he has been a cereal finalist in the National Chef of the Year, regularly held at River Cottage. All of this come humbled to you at Ventnor Botanic Garden with the dishes he creates.
